Janeen is the Social Worker for Crossroads, TCU and Medicare. She began working at Billings Health and Rehabilitation in August of 2000 as a nurse working the floor. She moved into management in 2003 as the Quality Assurance Nurse for this facility and helped co-manage the Special Care Unit with the Staff Development Coordinator.

She has been in her current position as advocate for residents in this facility since March, 2005. She loves working with the staff, families and residents of Billings Health and Rehabilitation and says they truly are an extended family to her.
