Letter From Our Executive Director

Thank you for taking a moment to peruse our website! I am excited to introduce you to our extraordinary community and tell you some of its great qualities. You can probably tell immediately that I am very proud of this facility and the people who work to make the lives of our residents everything they can be!

Billings Health & Rehabilitation Community is located in a peaceful west-end neighborhood. Our organization has been serving seniors in Billings with compassion, care, and quality medical services nearly 40 years. Our building is large and spacious with wide open areas, large bright sunny rooms, and wonderful windows that look out on well taken care of green spaces. There is a clean smell and feel when you walk through the doors. I've been told that there is a "hustle and bustle" about the facility that speaks of active residents and busy staff. It's all true!

I strongly encourage families and friends to participate in all that we have going on. The residents enjoy this sharing of time and the staff receives the necessary feedback that helps us take better care of you or your loved one. I let families and residents know when they visit with me that we welcome input into what will make life easier for them. We come to know our residents and their families well but we need everyone's eyes, ears and sometimes hands to help make life just a little bit better.
